Shipping and Fulfillment Thank you for your purchase. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will prepare and ship out your order out within 15-30 minutes.
Once your order has been shipped out, you will able to view the status of your order on the portal.
How do I track my order status?
You can track your order online 24 hours/7 days by following these steps:
1. Login to your VIZDINE account in vizdine.com
2. Your current order and status will be on the dashboard.
3. You can track your current & previous orders in the order history page under menu.
Please contact us at support@vizdine.com with your order number and the item’s details if you are still unable to track your parcel by the following business hours after item has been shipped out. We will assist you to resolve the issue with immediate action.

When will I receive my Order?
After your order is shipped out, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
• 5 KM radius from the specific Restaurant – 30 minutes.
• 10 KM radius from the specific Restaurant – 1 hour.
Please reach out to us by email us at support@vizdine.com if you find some items missing in your parcel with your order number and the missing item's name. We will investigate the matter for you right away.

Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
Yes, our delivery partners are able to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on working hours of the respective restaurant in which you have placed your order.

How can I know exact time of the delivery?

We are unable to provide you with an exact time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability / preparation time, your shipping destination and the availability of delivery persons in your location.

Can I cancel my order after order has been shipped?
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate to your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped.

Can you deliver the package to my office?
We will deliver your order following the address you provide during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address.

Pick Up
What time can I collect my order from Restaurant?
Your order will be processed within 30 business minutes from the time of payment confirmation. Please wait for our order acceptance status by the specific restaurant before you set off. Collection time is depends on the respective restaurant in which you have placed your order.

How will I know when my order is ready to be collected?
We’ll be in touch by email as soon as your order is ready to be collected.

How long will the store hold my order?
Once your order is ready for collection and you've been notified, we can hold your order for 1 hour from the time you have mentioned for pickup.

What do I need to bring in store to collect?
When you collect your order, be sure to bring your mobile phone to show the invoice.
